Job overview
The Digital & Product Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and executing creative strategies that drive consumer engagement, promote the brand’s product lines, and enhance the customer experience. This role will concentrate on B2C campaigns, social media management, and product-driven marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness across consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consumer and internal team marketing inquiries
- Manage and optimize products and content on our B2C website
- Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
- Lead or support B2C marketing campaigns across various channels that align with brand goals, drive product sales and improve consumer engagement
- Coordinate seasonal launches, ensuring campaigns are aligned with target audience interests
- Collaborate with design resources to create visually appealing marketing materials for online and offline use
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs to enhance consumer reach
- Monitor and respond to consumer trends and feedback to adjust campaign strategies
- Conduct brand performance analysis and reporting for insights into campaign success and consumer behavior
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Provide backup for B2B Marketing Specialist
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing (bonus if in the footwear or retail industry)
- Strong understanding of D2C and B2C marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter who takes a proactive and collaborative approach to their work
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset
- Adobe Suite / Graphic design skill is a bonus
