PreGel Canada is a subsidiary of the Pregel Group, an international organization founded and based in Italy. The group operates in 18 countries worldwide and is a leader in providing high-quality ingredients for gelato, pastries, bakeries, and specialty desserts.


PreGel Canada, as part of this global network is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager – Retail/Food Service to join our team. Based out of our Aurora, Ontario office, this pivotal role is focused on managing and growing relationships with key retails, food service and industrial accounts across Ontario. The position requires travel throughout Ontario to effectively meet client needs and foster business development.


The person will work closely with the National Sales Manager to align account strategies with overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand PreGel Canada’s presence within key retail, food service and industrial accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients, leveraging the full PreGel Canada product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that drive growth in key account sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue and profitability goals of PreGel Canada.
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports for the National Sales Manager.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for PreGel Canada at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Regular travel throughout Ontario to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and support account management activities.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on client locations and event schedules.


Skills and Competencies:


  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the retail and food service sectors.



Will be offered a contract based on candidate’s experience.
