Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Create detailed campaign plans to support revenue goals, including messaging, segmentation, targeting, and scheduling.
- Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing emails that resonate with our target audience and drive revenue.
- Develop and optimize email automation to convert prospective customers and increase the lifetime value of existing customers.
- Grow subscriber base, ensuring list health and compliance with email communication regulations.
- Implement A/B tests for subject lines, email content, and website pop-up forms to improve campaign performance and grow subscriber list.
- Develop and execute SMS marketing strategies to complement email campaigns, ensuring timely, engaging messaging that drives conversions.
- Report and analyze campaign and automation performance to inform ongoing SMS and email marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate campaigns and ad-hoc marketing initiatives throughout their lifecycle (planning, execution and reporting).
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to approve content.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver ad assets.
- Manage the content approval process, ensuring all marketing content is approved by key stakeholders.
- Create and provide copy and descriptions for all e-commerce and advertising platforms.
- Align digital content with key messages and the content calendar.
- Create B2B and B2C email content to support omnichannel initiatives.
Retail Marketing Coordination
- Handle logistics for and attend local events and trade shows.
- Manage orders for marketing materials from external vendors.
- Communicate project requirements and deadlines with the marketing department and external contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Create and maintain retail training content.
- Create and maintain all retail marketing content, including sell sheets, catalogues, and POS materials.
Marketing Content Creation
- Organize and oversee photoshoots to ensure content remains fresh, seasonally relevant, and on-trend.
- Lead the creation of valuable, relevant, and consistent content in all formats to align with the content calendar.
- Communicate Santevia’s message and value proposition while maintaining the brand voice.
- Coordinate French translations for all marketing collateral.
- Ensure accurate grammar and spelling across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop messaging and copy for all new product releases, ensuring alignment internally and externally and communicating the differences across products, including support documentation and visual graphics.
- Manage and track brand assets to ensure the latest versions are used and obsolete ones are archived or removed.
Customer Service Support
- Provide backup phone coverage for customer service on a daily basis
- Assist with other customer service cases, including inbox and chat cases, as needed
Other duties as assigned. Demonstrates the ability to assist the team with additional work with a can-do attitude.
Your Skills
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Project management
- Has worked in a DTC consumer packaged goods company

Daily Tasks
- Manage the Santevia content calendar
- Collaborate with the internal team and contractors to create content
- Work with internal and external contractors to achieve KPIs

Compensation:
- CAD$60,000
