Your Key Responsibilities as a Clinic Director in Petrolia, ON

As the Clinic Director at Lifemark in Petrolia, ON, you will:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Oversee clinic financial and operational performance, driving efficiency and success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered workplace culture.
• Address and resolve scheduling and operational challenges within the clinic.
• Support hiring, recruitment, and continuous staff development.

What You Bring to the Role

• Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with 1–5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing clinic operations and financials.
• A passion for patient care, mentorship, and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.
