Client Partner /Account Manager– BFSI


Location – Toronto, Canada


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of client-facing professionals, ensuring alignment with client goals and company strategy. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving client success.

Strategic Development: Collaborate with clients to create and implement customized insurance solutions that address their unique needs and drive business outcomes.

Business Growth : Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development within existing client portfolios. Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and product development teams to deliver seamless service and ensure client expectations are met.

Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and strategic recommendations to clients.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and client satisfaction metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of experience in account management or client relationship roles within the BFSI sector.

Strong understanding of financial products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
