Sales Associate / Key Holder

Our womenswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as outerwear, sportswear, footwear & accessories.
Responsibilities
- Reach and surpass monthly sales goals.
- Demonstrate product and brand knowledge.
- Schedule client appointments and prepare in advance by pulling merchandise for clients.
- Demonstrate, recommend and style the products available; promote wardrobing.
- Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Convert new customers and retain loyal customers.
- Build and maintain a personal client base by creating long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the maintenance of the shop floor, fitting rooms and stock room.
- Act as an ambassador and network within the community.
- Open and close the store.
Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of sales related customer service (preferably in a retail or luxury environment)
- Strong client development skills that are interest in entering luxury retail.
- Great selling skills and demonstrate motivation to succeed.
- A passion for connecting with others and inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences both online and instore.
- A desire to participate in the many training initiatives we offer and the ability to incorporate the skills acquired through those programs into your daily activities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Has a high value/high potential customer base.
- Excellent brand and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work days:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
