First Point Group, CANADA is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a proven background in sales to join our team in Ontario, Canada. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving new business development for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Radio Frequency (RF) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Please note that successful candidates must come from RF background and has knowledge on the IBS / DAS or general RAN notworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target industries, including construction, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality, utilities, and education.
- Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly sales targets of $250,000 to $500,000.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Hybrid Role: Work from the office 1–2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Account Executive or similar role, with a background in sales and business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with DAS and RF technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to create new business opportunities.
- Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
