About the Role
Join the Digital Acquisition team for one of our clients, where they develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across paid and organic search, social, programmatic display, and affiliates/partners. We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Paid Search to drive customer acquisition.
In this role, you’ll work as an individual contributor, reporting to the Holistic Search Lead. You’ll leverage your expertise to drive stronger customer engagement through paid search channels, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partners across global locations, including the US, UK, and Australia.
This position is well-suited for candidates with an agency background and a proven ability to manage campaigns, articulate performance, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day campaign management and operations, develop SEM strategies, and collaborate with agencies/vendors to deliver best-in-class SEM programs.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns with a focus on personalization, achieving target KPIs, and maximizing ROI within budget constraints.
- Deliver detailed insights and strategic recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Conduct keyword research, perform SEM audits, and provide ongoing optimization recommendations.
- Test and develop new campaigns to improve overall marketing efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Tech, Business Ops) to maintain and enhance digital media measurement frameworks.
- Analyze acquisition funnel metrics and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on Paid Search experience , leveraging data to drive business results.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with preference for Google Ads certifications in Fundamentals, Search, and Mobile Advertising.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns through digital SEM.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, FireBase, Adobe Analytics, and others.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
