Job Summary:
I'm currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter for my client's team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, a proven ability to source and attract top talent, and a passion for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This role will focus on delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment process to support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage with top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop and refine job descriptions, offer packages, and onboarding strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategies and improve the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
