Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year

About the Role:
- Assistant Superintendent on 4-6 storey wood frame/concrete mixed use multifamily residential and commercial construction project in city of Vancouver
- Assist Senior Superintendent to prepare and execute rough in and finishing schedules
- Quality control of trade contractor rough in and finishing work
- Perform QC reviews including but not limited to checklists, deficiency tracking and follow up
- Maintain daily logs
- Anticipate and solve problems proactively
- Communicate and coordinate in a professional manner
- Coordinate with project manager and senior superintendent
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years working in supervision/leadership capacity in multifamily residential construction this could include trade foreman capacity.
- Experience working on wood frame multifamily residential projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to plan, multitask and prioritize critical path items
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be eligible to work in Canada for any employer
