Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across Amico projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related inquiries and activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools.
- Stay updated on BIM technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with team members.
- Establish and maintain project data environments (e.g., Common Data Environment, CDE).
- Oversee the extraction and reporting of data for cost estimation, scheduling, and facility management.
- Oversee the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools.
- Lead the adoption of BIM technologies and processes within Amico.
- Conduct model audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain coordination between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management or related roles in the Construction industry.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
