Senior Salesforce Developer (LWC & FSC) - Hybrid - Toronto

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join a leading banking client in Toronto and Montreal. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
• Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions tailored to the banking and financial services sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, business analysts, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform integration with various external systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Guide and mentor junior Salesforce developers, helping to elevate team knowledge and skills.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability of developed solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, specifically in LWC and FSC .
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex , Visualforce , and Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Proven experience in building custom solutions in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus Points:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant).
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies .
