Job Details:

\tPay: $2,800.00 per week
\t$1,250 bonus
\t$600 additional travel reimbursement
\tMileage Reimbursement
\t13 week contract - chance of extension
\tEureka, CA - Humboldt County
\tMonday-Friday : 8A - 4:30P *1 weekend shift required per 13 weeks*
\t40hrs guaranteed per week
\tWill see max 6 patients per day
Requirements:

\tActive Unrestricted CA License
\tMust have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
\tMust have your own and reliable transportation
\tBLS via American Heart Association - required
\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
