Overview: 
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Party and join our culinary team. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic chef looking to grow their skills in a dynamic kitchen environment. Working closely with our Head Chef and owner will help lead the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. A strong understanding of Italian cuisine, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, supporting and working together with Head Chef.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage ingredients to minimize waste.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen protocols.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menu items and special dishes.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects the standards of the operation

Requirements:
-5 years of culinary experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
- Knowle  Italian cuisine and a passion for Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills, with a desire to teach and inspire junior team members.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
