Your Role:

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing various production tasks.
• Inspecting equipment and processes.
• Participating in training programs.
• Documenting production data.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors.
• Following safety regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven work history in production or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with welding (Mig) and blueprint reading is a plus
• Proficiency with heavy equipment (crane, forklift, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand; climb or balance: and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. and work entire shift, except breaks and lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
