Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP systems across the company.
• Work closely with teams to identify ways SAP can improve how the business runs.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, helping them grow and succeed.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align SAP initiatives with the company’s goals.
• Oversee SAP project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date on new SAP trends and tools to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in the automotive industry , with a strong understanding of its unique needs.
• Knowledge of SAP modules like finance, supply chain, and production, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Great communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
