We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of working with big box retailers, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Burlington, and Ross. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and nurturing relationships, expanding accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve close collaboration with our design team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at big box retailers, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Burlington, and Ross.
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase sales volume.
Collaborate with the design team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that products meet or exceed expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas and market opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, specifically with big box retailers.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with retail or consumer goods industry is preferred.
Base salary
$100,000/yr - $110,000/yr
