The Credit arm of a Boston Asset Manager with ~$10bn aum is looking to add an Analyst/Associate to their Specialty Finance/Opportunistic Credit team investment team. They are targeting candidates with 1-5 years of Investment Banking/Private Credit experience. The role will be a split between underwriting new investments and monitoring portfolio investments.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of Investment Banking or Private Credit experience
• Strong academic track record
• Strong financial modeling skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Onsite 4 days a week
