Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images following departmental protocols.
Ensure patient preparation, positioning, and safety.
Perform venipuncture for contrast administration.
Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure readiness.
Complete necessary documentation and Radiology Information System functions.
Collaborate with medical staff and oversee students or trainees.
Rotate shifts and locations as required, including weekends and on-call.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
CT certification (ARRT or equivalent) required within one year.
2-3 years of experience with cross-sectional anatomy and Siemens equipment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage patients under stress.
Shift Details:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
36-48 hours/week, weekends required
