As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering exceptional customer service and career growth.
- Drive sales strategies and branch marketing efforts to promote core deposit growth and enhance profitability.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans to achieve goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in a branch environment, with at least 5 years in branch management and 3 years managing complex business and consumer accounts.
- Skills: Proven sales ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and expertise in hiring, training, and performance management.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving results, and fostering collaboration.
- Community Engagement: Active involvement in local business or civic organizations is highly valued.
