QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a previous culinary supervisory or management experience within a high-quality kitchen setting is essential
- Highly developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations
- Detail orientated & motivated to be proactive in a fast-paced setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the kitchen in ensure high performance and overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods
- Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Chef, always maintaining positive working relationships and clear communication with entire team.
- Develop all recipes, ensuring product, food preparations and food execution meet restaurant's style, specifications, and commitment to culinary excellence.
- Continuously provide leadership and guidance to all staff and actively participate on the in line as needed
- Responsible for a method of service, production, and cooking to ensure all items are prepared to meet deadlines and standards
- Taste and review products daily to ensure quality and consistency with preparation and presentation
