POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Senior Investment Project Coordinator, the person sought will be responsible for collaborating in the processing of budget authorization requests, maintaining up-to-date investment budgets for the various properties under management and ensuring that each request complies with established controls.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete the different KPI tables
Handles opening projects on different platforms
Perform other tasks related to the management of investment budgets
Proceed to project closure
Process budget change requests
Produce reports for budget validation
Provide support to regional managers to ensure their requests are compliant and meet company criteria
Receive and review budget authorization requests and process them in the system
Send budget authorization requests to the various signatories
Track project progress
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office management (an asset)
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Good command of the MS 365 suite
