Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a skilled Travel LPN to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations while providing exceptional care to patients.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
Requirements: - Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
- Current CPR / First Aide Certification
- Two (2) years previous experience in long-term care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation: $45.00 per hour, plus an additional $150 per week
