Responsibilities :- Creation of requisitions and purchase orders- Credit card reconciliation- Billing follow-up- Assistance with buyers- Assistance to manager (appointments, calendar)- Order follow-upQualifications required:
- AEC in procurement or other relevant degree- Relevant experience in a similar position- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent writing skills;- Good knowledge of office automation and software commonly used in office work (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.);- ERP experience;- Fluency in written and spoken French to be able to communicate with internal and external customers;
