Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, developing and implementing individualized program plans, and working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized program plans to address the unique needs of each supported person.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding.

Requirements:

• Currentrgistration with the BCCNM or EMALB as an RN or LPN.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or recent graduation from a nursing program with a multidisciplinary approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform job requirements.
