GLOBOCAM’S ENVIRONMENT
The Corporate Financial Analyst will report to the Corporate Development Director. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional wishing to take part in a growth-by-acquisition strategy and be exposed to senior management. The analyst will be involved in the entire acquisition process (target identification through to closing), in addition to other Group strategic initiatives.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE
Develop financial models to analyze potential acquisitions and the presentation of pro forma financial statements
Monitor market trends, competition and industry developments to identify potential acquisition opportunities
Participate in bid structure and proposal preparation
Perform financial analyses to support transactions (strategic fit, valuation, financial performance, forecasts and due diligence)
Support the preparation of reports, investment briefs and management presentations
Support the coordination of and participate in the due diligence process
Collaborate with business intelligence and financial planning and analysis teams to integrate financial data from targets;
Participate in special projects and analyses to support the Group’s operational and financial decision-making

CPA or CFA designation an asset
