Reporting to the Chairman of the company, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervising a team of 5 people- Planning and allocating tasks to employees- Determining manufacturing methods- Responding to technical issues and questions relating to manufacturing- Identify ways to contribute to employees' professional development- Prepare solid wood and derived materials for shaping- Carry out cabinetmaking assemblies and ornaments- Travel to customer sites- Other related tasksYour professional skills
- Excellent technical understanding- Teamwork skills- Staff managementOur ideal candidate has a technical background and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him/her to be very efficient in his/her work. This is a person who enjoys working in a family-run, SME-type company.Your profile- At least 4 years' experience in cabinet-making- DES or DEC in a similar field- Experience in team supervision a big plus- Open to profiles specialising in cabinet-making only
Salary
60k$ to 75K$ depending on experience
