Become a vital part of Rona and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience!
Your role:
Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintainedOversee register coverage and store supply usageProvide refunds and monitor cash drawer amountsPerform opening and closing proceduresProvide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issuesUnderstand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)Train and mentor new associatesOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
1 year of retail experience1 year of experience in team supervisionStrong problem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to details
