Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
