Play a key role at Rona by helping our customers bring their dream projects to life! Thanks to your passion for design, your project management skills and your sales expertise, you'll accompany them every step of the way, from concept to completion, while meeting your sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your role:
Develop sales plans in order to reach annual sales and margin objectivesActively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers and through referralsExecute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in homeProduce design layouts with plans, elevations and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special ordersProvide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines and financial proposal including promoting financing plans offered by RONALiaise as necessary with customers and contractors (via visits, phone exchanges or e-mail) at all phases of the project’s realization to ensure superior customer satisfactionProblem solve and advocate fairly for the customer, the contractors and RONAOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
Exceptional customer service skills3 years’ experience in interior/exterior project sales and managementProven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offerPassion for design and home improvementSuperior computer skills in recognized specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office SuiteSuperior product expertiseAdvanced project management knowledge
