Do you enjoy juggling calls, planning efficiently, and providing exceptional service to customers? This role is for you!
Your responsibilities:
Respond to service calls and assist clients across Canada .Provide general information and transfer clients to the appropriate technical staff.Dispatch service calls to technicians using our automated geolocation system ?.Schedule preventive maintenance and cleaning while keeping the maintenance list up to date.? Your Profile:?? 2 years of experience as a dispatcher .?? A DEP in a related field (an asset ).?? Technical or practical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation programming .?? Proficiency with computer tools .?? Excellent command of spoken and written French and English .?? Bilingualism is essential (spoken and written French and English), as the role involves daily interactions with colleagues, clients, and international partners who do not speak French.?? Strong customer service skills and impeccable work organization .
