THE ROLE
Imagine the excitement and ability to show off your incredible skills in a deployed environment (overseas) for six months managing the very important retail warehouse for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations. As a deployed Warehouse Manager, you are enhancing the overall morale and welfare of all the troops deployed.The Warehouse Manager is part of an enthusiastic team of adventurous individuals who enjoy meaningful employment and contributing in a team-based, land based environment. Excited by the opportunity to deploy as a civilian among our CAF personnel abroad, you are a team player in a fast-paced setting. You are able to adapt to new challenges in an ever-changing dynamic environment.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the warehouse, including developing business opportunities with local vendors and the internal CFMWS retail resources, receiving and verifying delivery of merchandise, maintaining inventory records, producing accountability reports, preparing deposits and supervising warehouse staff.This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that does not come along often!QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

POSITION TYPECivilian deployment contracts are 6 month terms. Deployment start dates may take place within the next 2 years.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary : $53,000- $59,620 for six monthsHours of work:
Maximum 56 hours per week, which includes weekdays and weekends.Tax free allowance :
Possibility of up to $1,716 per month in addition to your salary (Allowance rates are based on mission/location/date).Home Leave Travel Allowance (Vacation):
Possibility of paid leave (vacation).Accommodations and meals:
