They deserve managers who will run things efficiently, optimize practices, create synergy, and prioritize safety.In this key role, you will:Work closely with general manager, sales team and store managers on the planning and implementation of specific sales development initiativesTogether with the sales team under your supervision, you will be accountable for achieving sales objectives (budget) and promoting NAPA marketing programs to district customersRecruit, develop, assess, train and motivate your sales teamDevelop and maintain strong relationships with your sales team and the entire corporate stores staff within your districtParticipate in monthly district / regional meetings and lead regular meetings with your teamStay up to date with the latest news, ideas, and information in your assigned districtImplement corporate and regional sales development initiatives in order to maintain market positionFollow-up regularly on district sales results by producing weekly and monthly performance reportsQualificationsTo join our team, you need:5 years experience in sales managementExperience leading and developing teamsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM's and other technologiesPost secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field (asset)Experience the automotive field is considered an asset#UAPCENTRALAdditional InformationUAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
