We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across southwestern Connecticut. Description Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors, upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. Conduct regular site inspections, maintain safety standards, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the build. Communicate project updates to the management team, ensuring that timelines and client expectations are met. Ensure project execution adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and high-quality craftsmanship. Profile 5 years of experience as a superintendent, preferably in commercial construction. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing ground-up and interior projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for resolving on-site challenges. Deep understanding of safety protocols, building regulations, and construction procedures. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in dynamic environments and thrives on delivering quality results.
