Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define winning strategies for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the aviation market. Work closely with sales, engineering, product management, and legal teams to gather inputs and align on bid content. Develop, use, and maintain financial models to support bids and proposals. Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow analyses. Create business cases and analyze financial data to help determine the profitability of new projects. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and assist in risk assessments for bids. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform bid positioning and pricing strategies. Conduct debriefs to analyze bid outcomes, identify lessons learned, and share insights to inform future opportunities. Lead the creation, review, and submission of high-quality, customer-focused proposals within strict deadlines. Continuously refine and improve the bid management process, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing complex bids or projects in the aviation, telecommunications, or technology sectors. Qualifications: Ability to craft compelling narratives and strategies that differentiate our solutions in a competitive landscape. Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Strong leadership to lead cross-functional teams and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Sharp analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning. A meticulous approach to document preparation and review, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
