Job Title: Production Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Essential Functions

• Lead the strategic deployment of production initiatives, focusing on manufacturing and process engineering, while leveraging lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial excellence.
• Oversee and review production schedules and orders to make informed decisions regarding inventory requirements, staffing needs, work procedures, and duty assignments, while considering budgetary constraints and time limitations.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards by monitoring processes, examining raw material samples, and supervising quality testing during production.
• Implement and oversee production tracking and quality control systems, analyze operational reports—including production, maintenance, and quality control—to identify and address production challenges.
• Manage, develop, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal productivity and performance levels.
• Identify organizational gaps, propose effective solutions, and promote collaboration across departments.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with 12+ years of combined program management, leadership, and technical experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of strong analytical capabilities across a wide range of applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and effectively work across multiple organizational levels and interfaces.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• IPC Certification and/or relevant knowledge (highly preferred).

Required Experience

• Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
• Experience with ISO13485 standards.
