Greene Resources is seeking a Contract Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Leverage research methods and a strong understanding of client needs to create accurate and compliant contracts that meet requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee the renewal procurement process, ensuring contracts are generated and executed on time and accurately.
- Review invoices for the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to verify proper pricing.
- Partner with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Contracts Manager, and Finance team to ensure all contracts adhere to standard renewal rules and pricing guidelines.
- Draft contracts using legally binding language that meets client needs while aligning with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage schedules to ensure timely submissions of contract drafts and finalized documents.
- Review contracts for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Keep all contract records up-to-date and accurate within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Act as the primary liaison for all renewal contracts, ensuring a smooth and efficient management process.
Position Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing SaaS renewal contracts in a sales or customer success environment.
- Familiarity with contract management tools like Agiloft, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with mastery of the English language.
- Strong understanding of legally binding contractual language and terminology.
- Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
