C&M Legal Search is partnered with a national law firm adding a Corporate Attorney to their team. This role is open to Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus locations. This is a leading law firm ranked one of the top firms in Ohio and recognized nationally and regionally.

Ideal attorneys will have:

• 2+ years of corporate experience
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
• Experience with private equity would be of benefit
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
