We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations in our textile manufacturing and distribution facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards, a safe work environment, and effective logistics coordination, including the use of rental trucks for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff to meet production targets.
• Plan, organize, and schedule production workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Manage the scheduling and use of rental trucks for product distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with management to improve productivity, operational processes, and logistics strategies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production and distribution reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, textiles, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a textile or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with logistics coordination and the management of rental trucks for distribution purposes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of textile production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
