Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to contribute to the development of data centers. specifically focusing on a battery-related project aimed at replacing diesel generators. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in program management, including skills in financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Experience in consulting or a professional services environment is required, as well as strong spoken and written communication abilities and Data center or battery-related knowledge required. A background in the energy industry, particularly with energy storage and utility experience, is preferred. The role involves collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities
· Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key internal and external stakeholders.
· Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes, and high-quality deliverables
· Managing multiple projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology.
· Guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships - influencing without authority and using the power of diverse teams.
· Applying project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of programs on scope, on schedule and on budget.
· Being on top of any commercial aspects of your project, driving financial integrity.
· Mentoring other team members as you share your knowledge and experience.
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s degree
