Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate at Rudolph Kayal Almeida in Manasquan, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Law and Courts skills
• Motions and Depositions experience
• Proficiency in legal research
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
