Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in commercial litigation.
  • Licensure: Active Texas Bar license.

  • Skills: Proficient in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and case management.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Starting at $160,000+, with additional consideration for experience and a book of business.
  • Overtime Pay: Eligible for overtime to acknowledge extra hours worked.
