Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from case initiation through resolution.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in commercial litigation.
• Licensure: Active Texas Bar license.
• Book of Business: A transferable book of business is a significant plus but not required.
• Skills: Proficient in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and case management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at $160,000+, with additional consideration for experience and a book of business.
• Overtime Pay: Eligible for overtime to acknowledge extra hours worked.
