Our client is a prestigious financial services firm in Morris County, NJ, and they are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the HR team
- Handle Benefits Administration
- Process Payroll
- Manage employee files
- Build out performance management process
- Develop compensation structure
- Manage interview processes in the Applicant Tracking System
- Assist with recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and training meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction
The annual base salary range is $60k to $100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
