We are seeking a motivated and experienced CAD designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design team. This position requires a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for textiles, and soft home products.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute product designs that align with the overall product strategy and merchandise objectives.
2. Assist in creating innovative and trend-setting designs, ensuring they reflect the brand's vision and aesthetic.
3. Arrange and display products in the showroom for market, working closely with management to ensure a proper market set-up.
4. Coordinate the preparation of presentation materials for Market sell-ins and Account Meetings.
5. Identify additional market opportunities in collaboration with Management and Sales to maximize sales.
6. Work with sales team to fulfill account presentation needs and provide necessary follow-up support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Previous experience in creating CAD, preferably for home goods.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
4. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and a keen eye for color, pattern, and detail.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
7. 5-6 years of experience in Home Fashion design is preferable.
