GrowMe is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through cutting-edge marketing strategies. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and develop our sales team, which includes Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Set clear individual and team performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Build a high-performance culture through motivation, recognition, and mentorship.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in existing and new regions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts, design targeted campaigns, and optimize the sales funnel for increased conversions.
- Assist and guide the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including client prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Take ownership of final sales meetings with key prospects to ensure successful deal closure and establish long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Support the alignment of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to maximize lead quality and revenue generation.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Actively participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to build strong relationships and provide senior-level sales support when needed.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve the overall customer experience.
4. Sales Operations and Performance Management
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth, and implement improvements to address gaps.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce sales cycles, improve efficiency, and increase conversion rates.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems and reporting tools to track performance, optimize workflows, and maintain clean, actionable data
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience managing and developing SDRs and Sales Executives, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to lead final sales meetings and secure client commitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work closely with teams across departments, including marketing, to align on lead generation and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to track sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to attend client meetings in person and provide hands-on support to the sales team.
