We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineering Specialist with a strong background in Linux OS to join a dynamic team in an enterprise data organization with one of our prominent financial clients. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams across the organization to ensure optimal performance and seamless support for our diverse technology platforms.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for system administration, technical support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in supporting multiple platforms simultaneously, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration and technical support for Linux-based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various platforms.
• Support new platforms, quickly learning their nuances and assisting with integration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.

• Must Have Skills:
• Strong experience with Linux OS .
• Expertise in supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms .
• Knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) and Snowflake .
• Strong proficiency in system administration .
• Ability to quickly learn and provide support for new platforms and technologies.
