We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering & IT - Business Analyst to join our team with one of our clients.

Job Title: Engineering & IT - Business Analyst

Location: Newark, CA ( Remote or hybrid)

Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to develop, configure, and customize modules within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose enhancements to improve system efficiencies.
• Partner with integration subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR, Payroll, and IT systems.
• Identify user adoption challenges and work closely with business users to address and resolve them.
• Manage business process design and impact analysis throughout the design, build, and testing phases.
• Participate in integration and end-to-end testing cycles, resolving any defects within the system.
• Understand overarching project requirements and timelines, driving closure on design issues to meet go-live dates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans.
• Stay current with the latest system functionalities, releases, and patches, leveraging them to enhance the system’s capabilities.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring smooth user adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role, with proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Core HRIS, Learning, Performance, and Compensation.
• In-depth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is a plus.

Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
