Job Overview:

As a Senior Technical Onboarding Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to integrate applications into the bank's systems, collaborating with various stakeholders including business units, developers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment of self-service tools on servers and hardware.
• Install and configure new applications and hardware from vendors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging products.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps.
• Analyze business requirements to optimize Data & Analytics functionalities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in existing capabilities.

Primary Skills:

• Networking and corporate security expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of the systems development lifecycle, including project management, IT strategy, and business analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across business and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with middleware technologies.
