LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal. This role is a permanent position and fully onsite.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal injury litigation including client intake, preparing authorizations, Verified Bills of Particulars, pleadings and other legal documents

Conduct legal research

Assist with trial preparation

Collect and organize documents and medical records

Interact with clients and opposing counsel

Any other duties required of the role

Qualifications

• Experience Paralegal or legal assistant in the area of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in PC Law and Needles is a plus
