Front Desk Job Description: Our Front Desk Administrators are the first representatives of Access Dental that our patients see. Being a member of our Front Desk team means that you must maintain a friendly, helpful and welcoming demeanor at all times. Front Desk Administrators must uphold the highest integrity of patent care, including being respectful to patients and other staff at all times and being willing and ready to problem-solve.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold standards of professionalism at all times
• self-management and ability to maintain composure in a demanding, fast-paced work-environment
• Verify insurances and keep comprehensive notes of insurance breakdowns
• Thoroughly communicate treatment, payment and insurance to patients in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Successfully close high-end Cosmetic Dental cases through comprehensive explanation of patient benefits, including limitations of insurance coverage and continued payment arrangements
• Able to meet internal Production goals ( Includes additional compensation)
